Mercedes, one of the best brands of cars ever. Mercedes are known for their luxury. With leather plated seats, and low front seats, this car goes to the apitamy of luxury. This mercedes shows the coolest ever car in the world. The lowest Mercedes cars is the C class followed by the E class followed by the S class. From 30,000 dollars to 130,000 dollars, Mercedes are the most versatile car in the world. Then comes the Bugati class. Cars only reserved for rich people, these cars sell at 220,000 dollars. My favorite is the Mercedes AMG, shown below.
Two of the greatest car companies in the world, the Lamborghini and the Ferrari. This is a Lamborghini 150 Gallardo LP 570-4 Super Trofeo Stradale. Lamborghini engines are custom made, by hands. This lets them travel at more than 400 kilometers an hour, at top speeds and can make sharp turns. Costing more than 1 million dollars, this car is a luxury bought only by the elite of the elite. It’s plated leather seats, and low front, lets it be the car of my dreams. Below this picture is the newest 2012 lamborghini.
Ferraris are also very fast cars. With and made engines, these cars can travel almost just as fast as lamborghinis. Known for its red exterior, feraris are also only for the elite. Driving this car is a luxury. here are some examples of ferraris.

P90X is another one of my passions. I do this exercise video at least once a week. There are twelve videos: Chest and Back, Plyometrics, Shoulders and Arms, Yoga X, Legs and Back, Kenpo, X Stretch, Core Synergistics, Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps, Back and Biceps, and Ab Ripper X. With Tony Horton as your trainer he pushes you to the max. After 15 minutes I am drenched in sweat. After every video, my body feels like jello, and the next morning I am really sore. Some exercises are Superman Banana, Military Push ups, and Close hand pull ups. He really works your body, and I highly recommend it to anyone. These videos show what Tony Thinks.
Tennis is my true passion. I pursue it about 6-7 hours a week. I love playing tennis and I am pretty good at it. Tennis stats is not what interests me. I much more prefer to play the sport rather than watch it. But I do know that Novak Djokavitch is now no. 1 in the world in tennis. It used to be Rodger Federer, but now I believe that his reign is over. Then Rafael Nadal came to power, but slowly and slowly, Novak Djokavitch was creeping up, until now he is no. 1 in the world. How to keep scores in tennis? Well, most matches that people play are two set matches. A set is composed of six games. A game is won when one person gets to 60. If both people get to 40 we call this deuce. At deuce, instead of having one point to win, you now have to get two. This gives both players an equal change, and reduces the tension. For each set, you have to win by two. So if the score is 6-5 the match is not over until it gets to 7-5 or 8-6. If a game gets to 7-7 or 8-7 , you have to play a 12 point tie-breaker. This is actually where people have to win 7 points, win by two. Just 7 points however, and is the score gets to 8-7 or 9-8 or 10-9 you have to play until you win by two. The person who wins this game, gets the set. If two people each win one set, you play a 10 point tie-braker. A ten point tie-braker occurs the same way as a 7 point tie-braker, except that you go up to 10 points. You alternate serves, which means that one person serves one point, then the other person serves 2, then the other person serves 2 and so on and so on.
Footwork is a key component in tennis. Footwork means that even if a ball is not hit towards a player, on in the court, the player is bouncing on their toes. Footwork, also means running to the ball. Positioning yourself, and hitting the ball. There are also many shots in tennis, such as the forehand, backhand, forehand volley, backhand volley, overhead, half-volley, and hook. There are also many ways to hit these shots, such as flat, slice, and topspin. The forehand and backhand are the primary, baseline shots. Volleys, half-volleys, and overheads are all used at the net.
My parents are a great support when I play tennis. My coach is Bruno Descalescu, who helps me greatly. So thanks!!
A person who has great footwork is Rafael Nadal. This video shows him in his element.
Parcour is one of the coolest forms of exercise possible. In Parcour, people jump off of walls and do hilarious cool moves such as back flips. Parcour people have to be very fit, and the next video shows one of the best Parcourists in the world, Parcour is a very dangerous sport because one false mistake, and the person could die. This picture shows a very cool parkour move
There are many sports in the world, but Tennis and Martial Arts are the coolest and the hardest. Martial Arts, teaches people how to defend themselves. In martial arts there are many different moves, all of which has a different meaning. Some older martial artists, can do cool moves like getting thrown around and breaking bricks.
This picture shows, a kung fu master, jumping and executing a side kick and a back kick at the same time. I- have Hapkido twice a week. In Hapkido, a form of martial arts, instructors teach students, many types of throwes, flips, punches, and board breaking techniques. Some of my favorite techniques are the over the belt, a throw in which a man grabs another belt and flips them selves 360 degrees over. Another cool move is the backwards hip throw, where a person goes under the other person and flips them over his/her back. If executed properly the person thrown should land in a front brake fall. Another cool move is the tornado kick, in which a person does a crescent kick, then spins around and does a jump spinning crescent kick.
History of Hapkido: Hapkido is a race of Martial Arts that has been around for centuries. Daytu-Ryi Aki-Jitsu started the art of Hapkido. Oldern Hapkido is much harder than modern Hapkido. Hapkido should only be used as a self defense. Then Choi Young Ool created modern Hapkido and gave it its modern name.
